Article 53. Announcement of the election of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Regular presidential elections are announced by the Mazhilis of Parliament no later than the second Sunday in September.

     2. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06.11.1998 No. 285.

     3. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.11.2022 No. 156-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
