Article 53. Medical care for judges of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Judges and their family members living together with them shall be provided with medical care in the appropriate state healthcare institutions in accordance with the established procedure.

     2. The procedure and conditions of medical care for judges are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
