Public control in the field of protection, restoration and use of wild plants is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2023 No. 183-VII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations and establishes the legal basis of state policy in the field of protection, restoration, and use of flora.
