Article 54. Measures to ensure the order of the Constitutional Court session. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In order to ensure the order of the Constitutional Court session, measures of procedural protection or liability may be applied.

     2. In order to ensure the safety of the participants in the meeting, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court may order an inspection of persons wishing to be present during the consideration of the appeal, including an inspection of their identity documents, a personal search and an inspection of their belongings.

     3. In order to ensure the normal course of the session, the Constitutional Court may apply a warning to the violator or remove him from the courtroom.

     4. The finding of contempt for the Constitutional Court is immediately announced to the offender by the chairman of the meeting.

     5. For showing disrespect to the Constitutional Court, the persons responsible for this are brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.

     6. If there are signs of a criminal offense in the actions of a violator of order at a meeting, the Constitution
