Article 55-1. Deprivation of a judge's financial and social security guarantees under the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 55-1. Deprivation of a judge's financial and social security guarantees under the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Upon termination of his/her powers on the basis of a decision of the Judicial Jury in connection with the commission of a crime or defamatory misconduct that detracts from the authority of the judiciary, non-compliance with the requirements of judicial ethics and non-compliance with other requirements specified in Article 28 of this Constitutional Law, as well as on the basis of a decision on professional unfitness, a judge shall be deprived of:

     1) the right to resign and guarantees of personal integrity;

     2) all material and social guarantees provided for in articles 51, 53, 54 and 55 of this Constitutional Law.
