Article 55. Compensation of expenses for the burial of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     For the burial of deceased or deceased judges, retired judges and retired pensioners, a one-time monetary compensation is paid in the amount of three months salary of the judge in the relevant position at the time of the judge's death.

     The procedure for payment of one-time monetary compensation is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
