Article 55. The procedure for the enactment of this Law The Law on Motor Transport

      This Law shall enter into force from the date of its official publication, with the exception of subparagraph 3) of Article 9, which shall enter into force on January 1, 2005.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

      This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
