Article 56. Forms of decisions of the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Decisions of the Constitutional Court are made in the form of:
1) normative resolutions that are an integral part of the current law of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) messages;
3) conclusions;
4) regulations.
Normative resolutions, opinions and messages refer to the final decisions of the Constitutional Court.
2. Regulatory rulings and opinions of the Constitutional Court are issued on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
