Article 56. Judicial administration of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Organizational and legal, information and analytical and logistical support for the activities of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local and other courts, provision of legal statistical documented information to the authorized body in the field of legal statistics and special accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be carried out by the authorized body formed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The unified system of the authorized body is formed by the relevant authorized state body and territorial divisions of the authorized body in the regions, the capital and cities of republican significance.
3. The competence of the authorized body is determined by the regulations approved by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The head of the authorized body is appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the proposal of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the Supreme Judicial Council.
5. The structure and staffing of the authorized body and its territorial divisions in the regions, the capital and cities of republican significance are approved by the head of the authorized body in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the staffing limit approved by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. The activities of the authorized body are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public service.
7. Employees of the authorized body in terms of their status, size and level of wages, and other conditions of material, financial, and social security shall be equated with the corresponding employees of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
