Article 6-1. Information interaction The Law on Compulsory Environmental Insurance

     The authorized body and its territorial subdivisions, prosecutor's offices, other state bodies and organizations that have information about cases of environmental damage caused by an accident and its consequences are required to provide this information to the insurer, the policyholder (beneficiary), and the insurance ombudsman when they apply.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2005 No. 93-III.

      This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory environmental insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
