Article 6-2. Information interaction The Law on Compulsory insurance of an employee against accidents in the Performance of his Labor (Official) Duties
The authorized body, its territorial divisions, prosecutor's offices, healthcare organizations, and other government agencies and organizations that have the information necessary to confirm the occurrence of an insured event and determine the amount of compensation for damage caused to the life and health of an employee are required to provide this information to the insurer, the policyholder (beneficiary), and the insurance ombudsman when they apply.
The organization responsible for the formation and maintenance of the database interacts and exchanges data on compulsory employee accident insurance contracts with the authorized body through the integration of information systems.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 7, 2005 No. 30.
This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory employee accident insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
