1. The national operator of the digital transportation tracking system is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is a subject of special law.

2. The national operator of the digital transportation tracking system ensures the operation of the digital transportation tracking system on an ongoing basis for twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

3. The national operator of the digital transportation tracking system ensures the storage of information and information in the digital transportation tracking system for five years. The specified storage period is calculated from the day following the day of deactivation of the navigation seal used in tracking shipments.

4. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligations specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article, the national operator of the digital transportation tracking system shall be liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. The relationship between the national operator of the digital transportation tracking system and the carrier, as well as other interested parties in tracking shipments using navigation seals, is carried out on a contractual basis in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. The procedure for interaction (including information) between the national operator of the digital transportation tracking system and the authorized body in the field of customs affairs when tracking shipments using navigation seals is determined by the authorized body in the field of customs affairs.
