Article 6-2. Operator of the Law on the State Social Order, the State order for the implementation of strategic partnership, Grants and Awards for Non-governmental Organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The operator has the right to:

     1) provide state and non-state grants to non-governmental organizations in order to support civil initiatives, attract the potential of non-governmental organizations to address pressing issues of social development, except in cases provided for by the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) involve experts to monitor the implementation of grants in order to develop public control.

     2. The operator must:

     1) to monitor the implementation of state grants in accordance with the rules for the formation, provision, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of state grants;

     2) submit proposals on improving the mechanisms for granting grants to the authorized body;

     3) post information about the implementation of grants on your Internet resource;

     4) submit an annual report on the results of its activities to the authorized body, as well as post it on its Internet resource.

  This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of implementing a state social order, a state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of grants and awards to non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
