Article 6-4. Deputy Chairmen of the authorized body of the Law on State Regulation, Control and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations
The Deputy Chairmen of the authorized body are appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the proposal of the Chairman of the authorized body for a period of six years, regardless of the terms of appointment of the Chairman of the authorized body.
The Deputy Chairmen of the authorized body represent the authorized body without a power of attorney, sign documents within their competence.
The Vice-Chairmen of the authorized body are dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the proposal of the Chairman of the authorized body.
The Deputy Chairmen of the authorized body may resign by submitting their written application to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the Chairman of the authorized body two months before resigning.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of state regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations, and is aimed at increasing the stability of the financial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and creating conditions to prevent violations of the rights and legitimate interests of consumers of financial services.
