Grain Market Operator:

1) participates in the implementation of state policy in the field of the grain market;

2) ensures the maintenance of a reserve supply of grain;

3) carries out the purchase of grain;

4) ensures the supply of food grains to milling organizations for the purpose of regulating the domestic market;

5) participates in the formation of the seed fund;

6) promotes the formation of regional stabilization funds for food products through the purchase and supply of food grains.

7) carries out the exchange of the reserve stock of grain;

8) carries out the exchange of the feed stock;

9) participates in the formation of the feed stock and ensures its maintenance.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2001 No. 143.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of grain production, storage and sale in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
