Individuals and legal entities have the right to:

1) participate in the development of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements;

2) create, if necessary, appropriate units and services to ensure the uniformity of measurements;

3) carry out verification and calibration of measuring instruments in accordance with Article 18 of this Law;

4) to carry out work on the development and metrological certification of measurement methods in accordance with Article 18 of this Law;

5) develop standardization documents in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements;

6) to carry out professional development and retraining of personnel in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2000 No. 53-II.

This Law regulates public relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, defines its goals, legal and organizational bases for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
