1. The authorized bodies are:

1) the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry;

2) the authorized state body in the sphere of trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors;

3) the authorized body in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population;

4) authorized body in the field of civil protection;

5) the authorized body in the field of environmental protection;

6) the authorized body in the field of development of the agro-industrial complex;

7) authorized body in the field of energy and mineral resources;

8) authorized body in the field of labor and social protection of the population;

9) authorized body in the field of transport;

10) the authorized body for consumer protection.

11) the authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activities.

2. The authorized bodies carry out state regulation in the field of safety of chemical products in accordance with the industry orientation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
