1. The author of a topology is an individual whose creative work created it.

2. If several individuals participated in the creation of a topology, all of them are considered its authors (co-authors). The procedure for using the rights belonging to the co-authors is determined by an agreement between them.

3. Natural persons who have not made a personal creative contribution to the creation of a topology, but who have provided the author with only technical, organizational or material assistance or who have contributed to the registration of the right to it and its use, are not recognized as authors.

4. The right of authorship of a topology is an inalienable personal non-property right and is protected indefinitely.
