Article 6. Basic principles of public administration in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, as well as in the field of conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds Chapter 2. Public administration in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife of the Law on Protection, Reproduction and Use of Wildlife

1. The basic principles of public administration in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife are:

1) ensuring the protection, reproduction and sustainable use of wildlife;

2) the use of wildlife in ways that do not allow cruelty to animals, in accordance with the principles of humanity;

3) the inadmissibility of combining activities related to the implementation of state control and supervision over the use and protection of wildlife with activities related to the use of wildlife, with the exception of activities related to the removal of sturgeon species from their natural habitat, their purchase, processing and sale of caviar and other products classified as a state monopoly;

4) separation of the right to use the animal world from the right to use land, waters, flora and other natural resources;

5) payment for special use of the animal world;

6) the inevitability of responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife;

7) the participation of citizens and public associations in solving problems in the field of protection, reproduction and sustainable use of wildlife.

2. The basic principles of public administration in the field of conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds are:

1) ensuring the preservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds;

2) protection of the purebred Kazakh breeds of dogs.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 593.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, as well as the conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds and is aimed at ensuring conditions for the conservation of wildlife and its biological diversity, sustainable use of wildlife in order to meet environmental, economic, aesthetic and other human needs, taking into account the interests of present and future generations..
