Local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital:

1) implement state policy in the field of cinematography;

2) organize work to create conditions for the accessibility of cinematography works to the public in the relevant administrative-territorial unit;

3) exercise, in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations and defines the legal, economic and organizational foundations of the field of cinematography.
