Authorized body in the field of biofuel production:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

1-1) formulates and implements state policy in the field of state regulation and support of biofuel production and turnover;

2) develops and approves, within its competence, regulatory legal acts in the field of state regulation of biofuel production;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

4) develops and approves the list of necessary information for approval of the production passport;

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 13, 2014 No. 159-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

6) develops technical regulations;

7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/10/2012 No. 36-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

8) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

9) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 13, 2014 No. 159-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

10) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

11) develops and approves rules for the use of control metering devices that provide automated transmission of information on biofuel production volumes;

12) develops and approves the procedure for setting quotas for food raw materials used for subsequent processing into biofuels in the event of a threat to food security;

13) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2014 No. 269-V (effective from 01.01.2015);

13-1) defines the limits of production capacity for biofuel production;

13-2) approves the forms and procedure for biofuel producers to submit reports to the local executive body of the region, the city of republican significance and the capital necessary for monitoring biofuel production.;

13-3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.10.2019 No. 268-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

14) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
