Authorized body:

1) develop, within its competence, regulatory legal acts on the creation, maintenance and use of national registers of identification numbers;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 203-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 2-1) is excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 203-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 2-2) is excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 203-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 203-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

4) organizes the production of documents with an identification number;

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 203-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

6) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 No. 223.

This Law defines the goals, objectives, principles and legal basis for the creation and maintenance of national registers of identification numbers based on the formation of an identification number for an individual, a legal entity (branch and representative office).
