The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan develops the main directions of state policy in the field of physical culture and sports and organizes their implementation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 No. 228-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of physical culture and sports, defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for ensuring the activities and development of mass physical culture, amateur and professional sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
