Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops and submits to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for approval the main directions of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of official development assistance;

2) concludes international agreements in the field of official development assistance;

3) decides on the establishment, reorganization and liquidation of the operator;

4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

5) performs other functions assigned to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2014 No. 263-V SAM.

This Law regulates the legal relations related to the provision of official development assistance to States cooperating with the Republic of Kazakhstan.
