Article 6. Conditions of participation of subjects of public control in the implementation of public control of the Law on Public Control
1. Subjects of public control shall exercise public control individually or by participating in public control groups.
2. Subjects of public control may not be:
1) persons who have an outstanding or outstanding criminal record in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) persons recognized by the court as legally incompetent or with limited legal capacity;
3) persons under the age of eighteen;
4) persons registered with organizations providing medical care in the field of mental health for mental and behavioral disorders (diseases), including those related to the use of psychoactive substances;
5) persons who were previously held criminally liable for committing corruption offenses, extremist and terrorist crimes;
6) non-profit organizations with foreign participation, as well as non-profit organizations whose activities are suspended or prohibited in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The Public Control Group is formed on the initiative of the subjects of public control.
The decision to approve the composition of the public control group is drawn up in the form of a protocol.
The quantitative composition of the public control group may not exceed five people.
The members of the public control group carry out public control in accordance with the requirements of this Law and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This Law defines the purpose, objectives and principles of public control, as well as regulates public relations related to the organization and implementation of public control in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
