1. The contents of the state monitoring of property are:

1) monitoring the condition and management efficiency of monitoring facilities;

2) collection and system analysis of information on the subject of monitoring;

3) direct inspection of monitoring facilities;

4) analysis of the financial, economic, legal, technological, industrial, technical, and environmental conditions of facilities;

5) assessment of the effectiveness of monitoring facilities management and forecast of the impact of monitoring facilities on the development of the economy of the industry, the region and the republic as a whole;

6) development of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of individual monitoring facilities.

2. The subject of state monitoring of property includes:

1) dynamics and structure of production;

2) financial and economic condition of monitoring facilities;

3) the condition of the fixed assets of the monitoring facilities, the introduction of advanced technologies into production;

4) investment activity;

5) compliance with environmental requirements and rational use of natural resources;

6) the use of labor resources;

7) legal issues related to the status and functioning of monitoring facilities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
