Article 6. Content of the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the introduction of a state of emergency The Law On the State of Emergency
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the introduction of a state of emergency contains:
1) the circumstances that served as the basis for the introduction of a state of emergency that comply with the requirements of this Law;
2) justification of the need to introduce a state of emergency;
3) the boundaries of the area where the state of emergency is imposed;
4) forces and means ensuring the state of emergency;
5) a list of imposed measures and temporary restrictions on the rights and freedoms of individuals, the rights of legal entities, as well as additional duties imposed on them in accordance with this Law;
6) special government bodies to be created for the period of the state of emergency and their powers;
7) state bodies (officials) responsible for the implementation of measures applied in a state of emergency;
8) the time and duration of the state of emergency.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2003 No. 387.
This Law establishes the grounds, terms, procedure for the introduction and operation of a state of emergency throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in its individual localities, and the legal regime of a social emergency.
