1. The digital platform of the National Qualifications System is an information system containing:

1) National and sectoral qualifications frameworks;

2) National classifier of occupations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) approved professional standards;

4) the register of professions;

5) List of recognition centers;

6) a database of individuals who have passed the professional qualifications recognition procedure, formed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection";

7) the register of educational programs implemented by organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher and (or) postgraduate education;

8) register of issued and cancelled documents on recognition of professional qualifications;

9) other information in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The authorized body shall carry out the formation, maintenance and system maintenance of the digital platform of the National Qualifications System, integration with other information systems, as well as analysis and processing of data on issues of the National Qualifications System in accordance with the procedure determined by it.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
