1. The employer provides the conditions for the teacher to carry out his professional activity in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. When a teacher carries out professional activities, they are not allowed:

1) involving him in types of work not related to professional duties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) requesting reports from him or information not provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education;

3) conducting inspections not provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) assigning to him the obligation to purchase goods and services.

3. It is not allowed to involve teachers of state secondary education organizations in the conduct of non-governmental organizations in their professional activities.

This Law defines the status of a teacher, establishes the rights, social guarantees and restrictions, duties and responsibilities of a teacher.
