Article 6. Environmental, sanitary-epidemiological and fire safety in motor transport of the Law on Motor Transport

     Environmental, sanitary-epidemiological and fire safety in road transport is regulated by regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

      This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
