Article 6. Inadmissibility of carrying out the activities of an audit organization without concluding a contract of compulsory liability insurance of audit organizations of the Law On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Audit Organizations

Article 6. Inadmissibility of carrying out the activities of an audit organization without concluding a contract of compulsory liability insurance of audit organizations of the Law On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Audit Organizations

      1. An audit organization is not entitled to carry out audit activities without concluding a compulsory liability insurance contract for audit organizations.  

      2. An audit organization operating without concluding a compulsory liability insurance contract for audit organizations is liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2003 No. 440.

      This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with compulsory insurance of civil liability of audit organizations, and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
