Article 6. Insignia of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The President of the Republic has insignia - the breastplate and the standard of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The description of the badge is determined by the Central Election Commission of the Republic. The description of the standard and the procedure for the official use of the badge and the standard are determined by the President of the Republic.

     3. The President of the Republic ex officio becomes a knight of the Order of "Altyn Kiran" (Golden Eagle).

     4. The description of the order "Altyn Kiran" (Golden Eagle), the grounds and the procedure for awarding the named order are determined by the legislation of the Republic.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 No. 2733.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
