Article 6. interaction and cooperation of bodies of national security with state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, special servants of foreign state laws on bodies of national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. National security agencies shall carry out their activities in cooperation with government agencies and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Officials of State bodies, organizations, and the command of military formations and units are required to assist national security agencies in solving their assigned tasks.

2. Cooperation of national security agencies with special services and government communications agencies of foreign states, international law enforcement organizations is carried out on the basis of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the status, powers and organization of activities of the national security bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
