Article 6. Interaction of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan engaged in countering terrorism with bodies of foreign states and international law enforcement organizations of the Law on Combating Terrorism

The state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan engaged in countering terrorism cooperate in the field of countering terrorism with bodies of foreign states, international law enforcement organizations in accordance with national legislation and international treaties, conduct operational search and counterintelligence activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or foreign states in accordance with international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Republic of Kazakhstan pursues on its territory, at the request of the competent authorities of other States, persons involved in terrorist activities, regardless of the place where they committed an act of terrorism.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 No. 416.

This Law establishes the principles, purpose, legal and organizational basis for countering terrorism.
