Article 6. International treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan The Law on Legal Acts

     1. The procedure for concluding, executing, amending, supplementing and terminating international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan is determined by law.

     2. International treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan have priority over its laws and are applied directly, except in cases where it follows from an international treaty that its application requires the publication of a law.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 No. 480-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations related to the procedure for the development, submission, discussion, adoption, registration, enactment, amendment, addition, termination, suspension and publication of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
