1. The re-socialization, social adaptation and rehabilitation of persons subject to probation are provided by:

1) providing social and legal assistance in the following matters::

receiving medical services;

getting secondary education;

professional development (professional training, retraining and advanced training);

assistance in employment;

providing psychological support;

receiving benefits and social benefits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) assistance in the restoration and formation of a supportive system of social relations, including:

socio-psychological and psychological counseling;

social patronage;

assistance in restoring family and other socially positive ties, subject to mutual consent of the parties;

3) social and household adaptation, including:

providing a place of stay;

organization of rehabilitation activities;

involvement in cultural events;

4) providing consultations on social and legal issues.

2. The measures provided for in paragraph 1 of this article are implemented by the probation entities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 38-VI SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of the organization and functioning of probation and establishes the concept, purpose, objectives, principles, types and forms of probation, as well as the legal status of persons in respect of whom probation is applied and the subjects who carry it out.
