The housing construction savings agreement must contain:

1) the subject of the contract;

2) the agreed amount;

3) the minimum required amount of accumulated money;

4) the size of the deposit interest rate and the loan interest rate;

5) the amount of the commission fee;

6) rights and obligations of the parties;

7) deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations by the parties;

8) housing loan terms and conditions;

9) the terms of the amendment and the procedure for termination of the contract;

10) responsibility of the parties;

11) other conditions in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
