1. State registration in the legal cadastre is subject to:

1) changing the identification characteristics of a real estate object necessary for maintaining a legal cadastre, with the exception of the cases provided for in paragraph 2 of this article;

2) changing the information about the copyright holder contained in the registration sheet of the legal cadastre;

3) a change in the type of law, except in the case of a change in the type of law on the basis of a legislative act;

4) changes in the terms of contracts, if they relate to the information contained in the registration sheet, affect the scope of rights established for the real estate object, or if they must be registered by agreement of the parties.

5) other changes are subject to state registration in the legal cadastre, if this is provided for by this Law, other legislative acts or an agreement of the parties.

2. In cases where a change in the identification characteristics of real estate occurs by decision of state authorities, registration of such changes cannot be assigned to the copyright holder, including when changing the name of settlements, street names, as well as the ordinal number of buildings and other structures (addresses) or when changing cadastral numbers in connection with the reform of the administrative-territorial devices of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is carried out free of charge.

The state registration of changes in the identification characteristics of real estate that have occurred by decision of state bodies, including when changing the name of settlements, street names, as well as the serial number of buildings and other structures (addresses) is carried out through the integration of state information systems.

3. The state registration of changes in the information of the copyright holder is carried out free of charge without contacting the registration authority through the integration of state information systems with the notification of the copyright holder.
