The system of anti-corruption measures includes:

1) Anti-corruption monitoring;

2) corruption risk analysis;

3) formation of an anti-corruption culture;

3-1) conducting scientific anti-corruption expertise of draft regulatory legal acts in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) identification of corruption-related norms in the conduct of legal expertise in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) formation and observance of anti-corruption standards;

6) financial control;

7) Anti-corruption restrictions;

8) prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest;

9) anti-corruption measures in the field of entrepreneurship;

10) identification, suppression, disclosure and investigation of corruption offenses;

11) reporting of corruption offenses;

12) elimination of the consequences of corruption offenses;

13) formation and publication of the National Anti-Corruption Report.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 No. 410-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of combating corruption and is aimed at implementing the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
