Article 6. Term of office of judges of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The powers of the Chairman and judges of the Constitutional Court last for eight years. The same person may not be appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court more than once.

     2. In case of termination of their powers, the Chairman and judges of the Constitutional Court shall be replaced in accordance with the procedure established by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Constitutional Law.
