Potential participants in special economic and industrial zones are provided with equal access opportunities to carry out activities on the territory of such zones, provided that the requirements for carrying out such activities are met.

This Law regulates public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
