Article 6. The rights to ensure minimum social standards of the Law on Minimum Social Standards and Their Guarantees
1. Citizens have the right to:
1) access to minimum social standards in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) obtaining complete and reliable information about minimum social standards;
3) the requirement to comply with minimum social standards;
4) appeal against decisions of individuals and legal entities that are required to ensure compliance with minimum social standards;
5) applying to the court with a claim for the protection of violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests in the areas of minimum social standards.
2. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are provided with minimum social standards.
Foreigners and stateless persons are provided with the minimum social standards established for citizens, unless otherwise provided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.
This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
