1. The protection of the rights and legitimate interests of charity subjects and users is guaranteed by the State.

2. Illegal interference of the state in the affairs of charitable entities engaged in charity, and the subjects of charity in the affairs of the state, the assignment of functions of state bodies to them, are not allowed.

3. The receipt of charitable assistance by the user is not a reason for the restriction or termination of any other types of assistance, payments or benefits defined by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. In carrying out philanthropic and (or) sponsorship, and (or) patronage activities and (or) activities to support a small homeland, charitable organizations may interact with government agencies in carrying out charity work.

5. State bodies may not engage in charity at the expense of budgetary funds, as well as unilaterally amend a charitable program approved by a benefactor or a charitable organization.

6. The State shall encourage charity by establishing and awarding state awards to charity entities in accordance with the procedure determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as honorary titles in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body in the field of charity.

7. The state provides support to charitable organizations in the form of providing communal property for trust management without the right to subsequent redemption on preferential terms in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property".

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
