The state plant quarantine system of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes:

1) The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) authorized body;

3) state institutions for plant quarantine:

authorized organization;

Republican Methodological Center for Phytosanitary Diagnostics and Forecasts;

4) republican state enterprise for plant quarantine with phytosanitary laboratories.

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.10.2019 No. 268-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 11, 1999 No. 344.

This Law defines the legal basis, goals, objectives and principles of plant quarantine measures, which are an integral part of the national security system, on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
