1. The formation of industrial policy is based on the assessment of industrial development.

The assessment of industrial development involves the analysis of legal, economic, financial and other factors affecting the development of industry, and is carried out in accordance with the methodology for assessing industrial development.

2. Industrial policy implementation is monitored through a single industrialization map.

The unified industrialization map is a set of industrial and innovative projects implemented by subjects of industrial and innovative activity.

Overall coordination on the unified industrialization map is carried out by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry together with government agencies responsible for the implementation of industrial and innovative projects, local executive authorities of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital.

Responsible government agencies, national management holdings and local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital provide the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry with information on the implementation of industrial and innovative projects of the unified industrialization map on a quarterly basis.

3. The effectiveness of the implementation of measures of state stimulation of industry is assessed in accordance with the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of measures of state stimulation of industry, approved by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry.

To assess the effectiveness of the implementation of measures of state stimulation of industry, the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry develops and approves forms designed to collect administrative data in the field of industry, in coordination with the authorized body in the field of state statistics.

The received administrative data is not disclosed to third parties without the consent of the subject of industrial and innovative activity, except for information on which there is a court decision that has entered into force, or other cases established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
