Article 60. Additional decision of the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The Constitutional Court shall adopt an additional decision in the following cases::

     1) the question is raised about the interpretation of the decision of the Constitutional Court. In this case, an additional decision is made at the request of the participants in the constitutional proceedings or state bodies and officials who are obliged to comply with the final decision of the Constitutional Court.;

     2) it is necessary to correct the inaccuracies and editorial errors made in the decision of the Constitutional Court. In this case, an additional decision is made by the Constitutional Court on its own initiative.

     2. The additional decision must not contradict the actual content, meaning and purpose of the decision of the Constitutional Court.

     3. An additional decision shall be taken by the Constitutional Court at a meeting, the procedure for which is determined by the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court.
