Article 61. Nomination of candidates for President of the Republic to replace those who have retired after the deadline for registration of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. If, as a result of the withdrawal of candidates, less than two presidential candidates remain after the end of the registration period, the Central Election Commission, by its resolution, extends the election period by no more than two months.

     2. In this case, the nomination of presidential candidates is carried out in accordance with the rules established by this Constitutional Law.
