Article 61. Review of the decision of the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The decision of the Constitutional Court may be reviewed by it on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or on its own initiative in cases where:

     1) the norm of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan has changed, on the basis of which the decision was made;

     2) new circumstances essential to the subject of the appeal have been discovered.

     2. The Constitutional Court issues a resolution on the review of the decision, which overturns this decision.

     3. The procedure for considering the issue of reviewing a decision of the Constitutional Court is determined by the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court.
