Article 62. The legal force of the Constitutional Court's decision. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Regulatory rulings and opinions of the Constitutional Court shall enter into force from the date of their adoption, are generally binding throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, final and not subject to appeal. The procedure for the entry into force of other decisions is determined by the Constitutional Court.
2. The decisions of the Constitutional Court referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article are effective directly and do not require confirmation by other state bodies and officials. The legal force of the Constitutional Court's decision to recognize a legal act or its individual provisions as inconsistent with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan cannot be overcome by the repeated adoption of this act with the same content.
