Article 63. Re-voting of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. If more than two presidential candidates were included in the ballot and none of them was elected, the Central Election Commission appoints a repeat presidential election for the two candidates who received the most votes. In case of withdrawal of one of the candidates, the next candidate who received the most votes will be included in the ballot.

     2. A repeat vote shall be held no later than within two months in compliance with the requirements of this Constitutional Law. The repeated voting is reported in the media.

     3. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06.11.1998 No. 285.
